熱烈而充足的陽(yáng)光,和煦并溫柔的海風(fēng),還有無(wú)垠的白色沙灘……所有的一切都在空氣中明媚著,蘊(yùn)藏古老文明的地中海風(fēng)情萬(wàn)種。——“情迷地中海”那場(chǎng)關(guān)于Vicente的浪漫展覽,您可還記得?
暌違一年,西班牙著名粉畫藝術(shù)家Vicente游歷中國(guó)多地,深入感受中國(guó)文化,同時(shí)也帶著他在地中海布拉瓦海岸創(chuàng)作的全新系列作品再次來(lái)到中國(guó)。7月2日,由中國(guó)粉畫藝術(shù)網(wǎng)、蘇州市美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)、明?美術(shù)館聯(lián)合主辦的“情迷地中海Ⅱ”—— Vicente美術(shù)作品展即將在北京拉開(kāi)帷幕。
此次展覽是Vicente在中國(guó)舉辦的第二次個(gè)展,展覽擬以粉畫為主,展出其新近創(chuàng)作的系列作品30幅。展出作品仍然以其擅長(zhǎng)的女性人像為主,多畫面或細(xì)膩寫實(shí)、或?yàn)t灑寫意,色彩明朗、飽滿,構(gòu)圖巧妙、光感十足,飽有Vicente作品一貫的特點(diǎn)。此外,最近正研究中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)美學(xué)的他還將部分中國(guó)元素融入畫中。
據(jù)了解,自1991年接觸粉畫,Vicente在粉畫創(chuàng)作的道路上已經(jīng)走過(guò)了25個(gè)年頭。他以繪畫及雕塑專業(yè)扎實(shí)的造型能力為基礎(chǔ),從人像到風(fēng)景、從靜態(tài)到動(dòng)態(tài),不斷地嘗試、突破自我,終而能通過(guò)粉畫去塑造美輪美奐的人物形象、協(xié)調(diào)地布局畫面人、物、景,并通過(guò)作品傳達(dá)真情。Vicente以為東方藝術(shù)力圖展現(xiàn)視覺(jué)真實(shí),而西方藝術(shù)則著眼于對(duì)視覺(jué)真實(shí)的忠實(shí)勾勒,如今的他也正受到中國(guó)美學(xué)越來(lái)越多的影響。為此,我們相信Vicente系列展覽的舉辦一定會(huì)在促進(jìn)東西方藝術(shù)文化交流上發(fā)揮積極的作用。
開(kāi)場(chǎng)新篇:
我的中國(guó)首場(chǎng)個(gè)展于去年六月在蘇州明·美術(shù)館舉辦,那時(shí)我曾在開(kāi)場(chǎng)白中提及起初只有20歲的自己對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)繪畫所萌發(fā)的興趣。我把中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)繪畫對(duì)西方藝術(shù)的影響總結(jié)為——東方藝術(shù)力圖展現(xiàn)視覺(jué)真實(shí),西方藝術(shù)則著眼于對(duì)視覺(jué)真實(shí)的忠實(shí)勾勒。
去年秋天,我又來(lái)了一次來(lái)中國(guó)。那次我走訪了很多地方,獲得了有關(guān)地區(qū)文化差異的第一手資料。不得不說(shuō),中國(guó)是一片“新大陸”,我決定開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)她的語(yǔ)言。我來(lái)自一個(gè)文化藝術(shù)傳統(tǒng)迥然不同的國(guó)度,而我仍一如既往地癡迷于地中海的光與色。作為歐洲藝術(shù)家的我保持著自己的風(fēng)格,與此同時(shí),我逐漸迷戀中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)美學(xué)。由于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來(lái)城市生活的變化,傳統(tǒng)美學(xué)很難用肉眼捕捉,但它卻真實(shí)映射在木構(gòu)建筑中,寫照于美輪美奐的園林上,鐫刻在傳統(tǒng)女子的著裝里,也反映在瓷器和絲綢等諸多手工藝品中。
于是我忍不住將你們眼中所熟悉的,但對(duì)我而言則是一片全新的世界描繪在畫作中。我想說(shuō),我并非純粹以好奇的眼光打量著這片遙遠(yuǎn)而又新奇的東方世界。去年十月,在古城蘇州的一家別致的酒店里,我突發(fā)讓蘇州成為我的第二故鄉(xiāng)的想法,希望自己可以生活于此。這一愿望一直埋藏在我的夢(mèng)里,仿佛中國(guó)已然成為我身體的一部分,我逐漸感到自己身上散發(fā)出的淡淡中國(guó)香。
The new preface:
In the preface of my first solo exhibition at Ming Gallery on June 2015, I expressed the interest that traditional Chinese painting awoke in me when I was a young art student at only 20 years of age. The traditional Chinese influence on Western art could be synthesized in that Eastern have always pursued how to "express" visual reality, while the Western effort has been always aimed in how to "represent" visual reality faithfully.
A year has past since then and I‘ve been in China twice. I have visited regions that have allowed me to get fist-hand knowledge of the cultural diversity of a country that is really a continent, I have begun to study their language... I come from a country with cultural and art traditions which are different and I still feel, as always, intensely attracted by the light and color of the Mediterranean world. My style of classical European artist has not changed. Although, at the same time, it has been growing in me a fascination with traditional Chinese aesthetic, hard to find with the naked eye due to the vertiginous economic and urban development, but that is clearly visible in its wood-based architecture, in the indescribable beauty gardens, in the traditional costumes of women or in so many aspects of their hand-craft, from ceramics to silk.
Therefore I could not resist the urge to represent in a few pictures this familiar world to you but new for me. And I want to clarify that I do not do it from the perspective of those who approach an exotic, fascinating but distant world. Last October, hosted in a beautiful hotel with traditional architecture in the centre of the ancient city of Suzhou, I had the strong feeling that this could be my place, and that I could live my entire life there... something of that hidden but not lost China is already a part of myself, I also feel a little bit Chinese.
icente Romero Redondo(維森特·羅梅羅·雷東多):西班牙藝術(shù)家,1956年生于西班牙馬德里,自幼對(duì)藝術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)充滿熱情。大學(xué)時(shí)期,他在馬德里學(xué)習(xí)雕塑、繪畫與哲學(xué),1982年畢業(yè)后堅(jiān)定不移地投身繪畫事業(yè)。1987年,他遷居地中海布拉瓦海岸,用畫筆描繪生活自成一派。十余年內(nèi),其作品在布拉瓦海岸聲名鵲起,在全球范圍擁有越來(lái)越大的影響力,成為當(dāng)今國(guó)際粉畫界知名畫家之一。
