簡(jiǎn)歷
        陳向東：1968年6月16日生于貴州苗族山寨。自小淌徉在純樸淳厚的苗鄉(xiāng)，在祖先文化歷史長(zhǎng)河里吮吸營(yíng)養(yǎng)了自己，自在的傲游，漸漸地長(zhǎng)高長(zhǎng)大沉淀了自己，作品有著古老大苗民族之狂野，悠遠(yuǎn)，博大精深的民族內(nèi)涵。并深受海內(nèi)外收藏家朋友的喜愛(ài)并收藏。
1993年畢業(yè)于貴州省凱里師專(zhuān)藝術(shù)系。
1996年，作品：《民族節(jié)日》入選貴州省黔東南州十六縣美術(shù)大展，并獲銅獎(jiǎng)。 
2002年入住上海畫(huà)家村，同年作品參加上海藝術(shù)博覽會(huì)。
2003年于莫干山路50號(hào)藝術(shù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)創(chuàng)力《苗王藝術(shù)工作室》至今。
2004年于黔東南州“多彩貴州”民間繪畫(huà)大展中作品?！洞扒暗木S納斯》榮獲金獎(jiǎng)。
2005年于莫干山路50號(hào)藝術(shù)家聯(lián)展。
2006年3月于楊浦大拇指廣場(chǎng)“馬藝星春季沖動(dòng)再?zèng)_動(dòng)”藝術(shù)聯(lián)展。
2006年5月于大境堂[莫干山路50號(hào)]“文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)行動(dòng)藝術(shù)家聯(lián)展”。
2006年6月于韓國(guó)民通線(xiàn)藝術(shù)節(jié)邀請(qǐng)展。
2009年于莫干山路苗王藝術(shù)畫(huà)廊舉辦個(gè)人畫(huà)展 
2012年5月于貴州省丹寨縣2012年度“云上丹寨幸福家園”美術(shù)書(shū)法專(zhuān)業(yè)大賽中榮獲一等獎(jiǎng)。
2012年11月于莫干山路中日建交四十周年當(dāng)代中日畫(huà)家作品邀請(qǐng)展 
2013年5月于貴州省丹寨縣2013年度“云上丹寨幸福家園”藝術(shù)類(lèi)比賽中榮獲美術(shù)一等獎(jiǎng)。
2014年10月于香港港麗舉辦亞洲當(dāng)代藝術(shù)展
 
RESUME
Chen Xiang Dong was born in Guizhou in 1968. He graduated from Dianzhai national highschool, in the rural village of Miao, from  where he draws his inspiration for nature. After establishing a successful practice he relocated to Shanghai, and is now represented in numerous collections and is a frequently commissioned painter.His themes, in oils and watercolor, span Buddhist iconography, natural forms and cultural symbols that are influenced by his interest in meditation practices.
He graduated in Guizhou KaiLi normal school department of art In 1993.
His Work "National festivals " as chosen by exhibition of sixteen counties of Guizhou Privince in south east Guizhou. In 1996,he won the copper award.
He joined in the Shanghai painter village in 2002, the same year he participated in Shanghai art expo.
He set up the "Miao wang art studio " in Mo Ganshan road 50 in 2003.
He participated in the popular drawing exhibition " Colorful  Guizhou "in 2004, and his work " Venus front the window" gained gold award.
He participated in artist joint exhibition in Mo Ganshan 50 in 2005 .
He participated in artist joint exhibition "Ma yixing impulsion and impulsion again " in da mu zhi plaza in March 2006 .
He participated in "the exhibition of the cultural heritage protection of the art's joint " in Mo Ganshan road 50 in May 2006 .
He participated in the Korea Republic people exchanges line arts festival in June 2006 .
May 2012 in Danzhai County, Guizhou Province, Danzhai Province, 2012, "the cloud on the happy home" art calligraphy professional competition won the first prize.
He held a personal exhibition in Moganshan Road King Art Gallery in 2009.
He participated  in the Moganshan Road anniversary of diplomatic relations between forty Sino-Japanese Artists Invitation Exhibition  in 2012 November.
May 2013 in Danzhai County, Guizhou Province, the 2013 annual "Danzhai happy home" art competition won the first prize in the fine arts.
He was held in Hong Kong Hong Kong li Asian contemporary art in October 2014.
   曾記得孩提時(shí)代，有著月光的夏夜，孩子們盡情的嬉戲，沐浴在月光里，享受著大自然的恩賜。讓皎潔的月光蕩滌純凈孩子們本自潔凈的心靈。
兒時(shí)懵懂的我總想逃避,月光下自己那串長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的影子，無(wú)論我快跑，慢走。。。。。。它總是緊緊的跟在身后并形影不離。小時(shí)的我由于內(nèi)心對(duì)影子有著莫名的恐懼。太多的不明白，一直縈繞著絆隨我長(zhǎng)高長(zhǎng)大。。。。。。
今年春節(jié)，偶遇佳緣聽(tīng)受覺(jué)真大和尚關(guān)于智慧人生的開(kāi)示。兒時(shí)影子之迷終于迎刃而解；“原來(lái)這一切都是我們心識(shí)的作用。內(nèi)緣和外緣作用下的變現(xiàn)。
每個(gè)人都有自己的影子，都是自己的影子，有的活在自己的影子里，有的活在別人的影子里。。。。。。”比如創(chuàng)作畫(huà)，我們心識(shí)的影像即想法情感的投射表達(dá)在畫(huà)布上而以。也就是大家對(duì)事物的善與惡，美與丑，憎與愛(ài)的覺(jué)受。一幅好的藝術(shù)作品往往會(huì)憾動(dòng)，觸擊我們內(nèi)        心感受。并展開(kāi)聯(lián)想。從精神領(lǐng)域即意識(shí)形態(tài)里得到共鳴和升華。一本佛家經(jīng)典，一幅清涼莊嚴(yán)之佛像，如果與之默契，它能給予你寧?kù)o和力量。。。。。。
無(wú)緣大慈，同體大悲；大象無(wú)形，大愛(ài)無(wú)痕這是佛家教人怎樣關(guān)心關(guān)愛(ài)身邊的人和自然環(huán)境。。。。。。因緣生因緣滅；一切無(wú)常，苦空無(wú)我，清凈涅磐；。。。。。。今聞佛陀之大智慧，古人之偉大，幸甚啊！貼近之，內(nèi)心無(wú)比歡喜，這是我畫(huà)佛教題材的緣由。愿與大家分享內(nèi)心的感動(dòng)，喜悅。并祝愿大家常得佛之清涼，飽滿(mǎn)富足，智慧增長(zhǎng)，阿彌陀佛！
